1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2-5 business days.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Custom orders may require additional processing time depending on the complexity and volume of the order. We will inform you of any significant delays.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates are provided below:

2.1. Domestic Shipping (Within the USA)

  1. Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
  2. Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
  3. Overnight Shipping: 1 business day

2.2. International Shipping

  1. Standard International Shipping: 10-20 business days
  2. Expedited International Shipping: 5-10 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as customs processing times for international orders.

3. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped.

The email will contain tracking information, allowing you to monitor the status of your shipment.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Printzie is not responsible for any customs duties and taxes applied to your order.

All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

5.Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Certain products may have restrictions on shipping to specific countries or regions.

6. Damages

Printzie is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

6.1. Reporting Damages

Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

7. Incorrect Addresses

Ensure that your shipping address is correct before placing an order.

Printzie is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges to resend the order.

8. Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered, but you have not received it, please contact the shipment carrier to investigate.

Printzie is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address provided by the customer.
