Refund & Retrun Policy

At Printzie, we strive to provide high-quality custom t-shirts and excellent customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please read our refund and return policy below to understand your options.

1. Custom Orders

1.1. Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable

Custom-printed t-shirts are made to your specifications and are non-returnable and non-refundable unless there is a defect in the printing or the product.

1.2. Defects and Errors

If you receive a defective or incorrect custom-printed item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange a replacement or refund.

2. Customer-Provided Items

2.1. Printing on Customer-Provided T-Shirts

No refunds or exchanges will be offered for printing on customer-provided t-shirts unless the issue is due to a printing error on our part.

3. Standard Products

3.1. Return Eligibility

Standard products (non-custom items) can be returned within 30 days of purchase, provided they are in their original condition, unworn, and unwashed.

3.2. Refund Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at miniiadults@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning their item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns over 999/-. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at miniiadults@gmail.com

If the item is no longer available, a refund will be issued.

6. Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded.

7. Reporting Issues

To report a defective or incorrect product, please email miniiadults@gmail.com with a description of the issue and photos if applicable. We will respond within 48 hours to resolve the issue.
